JURY DECIDES MOUSSAOUI ELIGIBLE FOR DEATH PENALTY!
"The jury has found that death is a possible sentence in this case."
This is the first of two phases. Having determined that Zacarias Moussaoui lied about the 9/11 terrorist plot and caused the death of at least one person on September 11, and that he is thus eligible for the death penalty, the jury will now decide whether to mete it out.
Fox News producer Mike Levine was in the courtroom and reports that Moussaoui had another Islamo-hissy fit, screaming, "God curse you all! You will never get my blood" and "Allah Akbar!"
